I had a basket full of apples and bananas on my counter that were in desperate need of being eaten before going bad. Since today was food prep day, I decided to try something new.
It turned out to be so Stellar!!!!! And so easy!
Sweet Crockpot Chicken:
Throw all the following in a crockpot on high for 5 hours or low for 8
1 lb of boneless chicken breasts
1 chopped sweet potato
2 apples without skin
1 Tbsp natural Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp curry powder
( do not add water, it creates its own)
