- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
- ¼ cup strawberries, diced
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients except strawberries in a large bowl until all are well incorporated.
- Mix in strawberries.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
