Protein Smoothies

Whether you’re eating to bulk up, slim down, or just maintain, your nutrition regimen probably includes a protein shake or two. That’s because protein is an essential macronutrient for building and maintaining lean muscle mass!

If you’re tired of drinking the same boring, bland tasting proteins shakes, give these recipes a try!
(these recipes are versatile…add any flavor you wish)
