Todays Breakfast was a Southwest omelette-
Begin by cooking peppers and onions in coconut oil, add egg whites, and top with one over easy egg, paprika, and hot sauce.

Todays training called for morning cardio and legs.
My cardio was a light outdoor session and my lifting program, although not my best session, was a mix of lunges, deadlifts and leg press.
I am excited for the week ahead. Each week is overcoming new obstacles to get closer to an overall goal.
