My morning began at 3 am when I couldn’t go back to sleep, so after two cups of coffee, I went for workout #1: a glute/ham workout, followed with rowing intervals.

Today was my last high carb day until peak week- I had lots of fruit, rice, sweet potato and even a bagel, which was delish.


   After a mid-day nap I headed back to the gym for a chest and bicep workout.


While re-feed days make for descent workouts, for me its the following day when I reap the most benefits- So I am already excited for tomorrows quad workout 😉
