Lets catch up and wrap up a long weekend…
Of course every morning begins the same way for me, with coffee ☕️☕️☕️
Mom and I spent a good portion of the day Friday prepping for my nieces baby shower to be held Saturday…
Of Course auntie had to get baby Foster his first pair of Chucks 💙
Friday afternoon was spent finishing up homework for the week, followed by client check-ins. Check-ins always make me so proud to be a coach!!! My happiness lies within seeing those that I strive to help, proud of themselves and reaching goals!
I love all of the feedback received from clients within their emails each week- whether it consist of weight loss, personal growth, or creativity within their cooking. I absolutely love what I do 🙏
Saturday morning we headed straight for the church to get ready for the baby shower. It turned out to be a great time and my niece was blessed with so many great gifts.
I managed to avoid the cake, chex mix, chips, pretzel sticks, kool-aid punch and cupcakes 🍰 I stopped on the way and scooped me up some mixed nuts, low-fat string cheese, fruit and a monster to tide me over.
Saturday evening and Sunday were spent lounging and client programming.
I did manage to get in my routined cardio and air squat sessions throughout the weekend and macros remained on point…
I am obsessed with lettuce wraps at the moment. I get on food kicks where I literally eat the same meal everyday, all day and then I get bored and move on to the next. Two weeks ago it was chick-fil-a market fresh salads, and now its lettuce wraps🌱
Monday morning mom and I headed out to her favorite spot, Hobby Lobby, for their Labor Day sale. While I was just along for the ride, I was scoping out ideas for our new home come January 🏡 (insert total excitement😬)
