Good morning y’all 💗 Its a new week.
I woke this morning at 10:30 am. I am getting a bit closer to normalcy finally! It usually takes me about two weeks to adjust after a trip to the states, so by the end of the week I should be on track.
I started my morning off with some LISS cardio on the elliptical and then took a trip to town. I have been taking a trip to the grocery store pretty much everyday. I make a list each evening of the meals for the following day and this prevents me from having fruits and veggies that go to waste and keeps me from straying off my meal plan as well.
Just a little reminder to myself that Im pretty amazing 💛
Still rocking a hat and SPF 40+ while being in the sun mid-day. The peeling from my treatment is almost over, but my skin is fairly sensitive.
Lunch on the patio today was a turkey burger and sautéed zucchini ☀️🍔🌱
This evening I went to the gym for a leg session and followed it up with some interval training💪
I had a pretty emotional evening if Im keeping it real with you guys. I miss my family and having the company and the noise around. I miss my husband so much that words can even describe. My heart has been extremely sad today, but hopefully that all turns around after a big bowl of pro-yo and a rerun of Wendy Williams 😉
