I took it to the patio with my coffee this morning. The weather is so perfect this time of year.
For breakfast I had eggs and asparagus. This was frozen asparagus that I steamed and then sautéed for 3-4 minutes stovetop in coconut oil and then I threw it on the Forman grill for 2-3 minutes while my eggs cooked, and oh my!! It was so good!!
and more coffee ☕️
After breakfast I headed to the gym for a lower body workout:
Most of my afternoon was spent doing homework 📚 and I took a break and went into town for a stroll and window shopping
This evening I am bumming with my pro-yo and I am on to season 4 of Lost.
