Good Morning ☕️


To begin my day- after breakfast: egg whites, zucchini and oatmeal, I completed an upper body workout at home.


My post workout meal was coconut water followed with a plate full of ground turkey, zucchini and brown rice.

I spent the early part of the afternoon food prepping. It takes a little longer now that my husband is back home, but I don’t mind a bit!!


I had some errands to run to this afternoon…


Dinner tonight looked similar to lunch..


My evening consisted of completing some check-ins online and now its time to pile up with my hunnie to watch a scary movie before calling it a night 😈.
