Good Morning! It’s a new week!
I began my morning with coffee and cardio followed with breakfast before a full body, at home workout: coconut water and yogurt topped with walnuts.
We took a stroll this afternoon to the local grocery store. I’m always needing more veggies.
We stayed in this evening. Dinner was: spicy tuna, eggplant, asparagus and Italian oat bread.
Today was low-key and it was great 🙂
