Saturday-

Good Morning 💖

 

I started out my morning with a cardio session followed with a plate full sweet potato, ground turkey and egg.

 

After breakfast I got in a workout at home.
• 5 Rounds:
• 10 Clean and Jerks
• 10 Single DB Snatches

Its pretty apparent by my face that 30 LB DB snatches felt a little heavy on the final round 😧

 

After my workout we took a trip to town.

 

Wes had to head into work to do a few things, so I got a drop off at the coffee shop to meet up with a girlfriend for a cappuccino ☕️

 

After scooping me back up and then running a few errands, we stopped in for sushi 🐟

The afternoon was spent online checking in with clients and then shopping on amazon 😁
