Good Morning y’all! Happy Friday! Well technically its Saturday morning, but seeing that we had a going away gathering last night and didn’t get in until almost 2 am…😳…I slept in.
I began the morning with a lifting session on our patio. It’s beginning to get really cold, but I wanted one last workout with this incredible view in the background 🙏.
After my workout I decided to mix up a crockpot meal, white chicken chili. Its perfect for this time of year ❄️.
● 3-4 chicken breasts
● 28 oz chicken stock (or 28oz water and 4 chicken bouillons)
● 3 cloves garlic, minced
● 2 tsp cumin
● 2 tsp oregano
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp crushed red pepper (depending on how much kick you like)
● 2 cans great northern beans, drained
● 1 can corn, drained
● 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
● 4 Tbsp fresh cilantro
This afternoon I met up with my girlfriend Kerri-anne for a cappuccino ☕️ and some kikiing 👭.
For the evening, Wes and I had dinner at Jin Sushi 🐟 before an evening out in the city with friends.
We all gathered at our favorite local bar, The Bicycle Bar for a last hoorah 🍷🍷
We had an amazing time with lots of laughs, lots of wine, and lots of meat and cheeses 🍖 It was an unforgettable time 💛.
