I am a 4th year dietetic student, living in Las Vegas, working on my wellness journey. I am a certified personal trainer, certified group fitness trainer, and CrossFit L2 certified. After traveling and training military all over the world, I now create customized online training and nutrition programs from home. I have reached a point in my life, where I am truly living my best life.

I had a basket full of apples and bananas on my counter that were in desperate need of being eaten before going bad. Since today was food prep day, I decided to try something new.
It turned out to be so Stellar!!!!! And so easy! 

Sweet Crockpot Chicken:
Throw all the following in a crockpot on high for 5 hours or low for 8
1 lb of boneless chicken breasts
1 chopped sweet potato
1 banana
2 apples without skin
1 Tbsp natural Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp curry powder
( do not add water, it creates its own)

Today I completed the Reebok Super Spartan in the mountains of South Korea. It was absolutely, hands down the hardest race I have EVER taken part in. I loved every minute. I literally had to dig deep and go into that dark place to make my way up the mountain. As I made my way over the second 10ft wall, I was informed that I was the first female- that’s all I needed to hear. I wasn’t letting anyone pass me.

Weightlifting will change your life if you let it.

Weightlifting can change how a woman both defines beauty and feels about her body. I remember once thinking beauty was a picture of a skinny woman in a magazine. Boy has my perception of beauty changed. True beauty to me personally means being fit and confident in yourself.

Like most females, I was originally motivated by trying to be skinny and that wasn’t getting me anywhere! With weightlifting, I began setting new goals. My focus shifted from the numbers on the scale to the numbers on the barbell. Rather than concentrate on a loss of five pounds on the scale, my goal was to take a 210LB Deadlift, to a 220LB Deadlift.

Once I began putting in the work, focusing on the sport itself rather than focusing on ‘being skinny,’ everything changed! My body changed! Even with an increase on the scale, and a gain of 2 inches on my butt, I couldn’t have been happier looking in the mirror. The confidence gained from what this 135-pound body was capable of in the gym began crossing over creating confidence in all other aspects of my life. Confidence is such a great accomplishment for any person.

Through Weightlifting and CrossFit, I have become more confident, stronger and fitter. I am humbled by this sport and forever grateful for how it has changed my life.

Hello! I’m Tiffany. I am a southern girl, born and raised in small-town Alabama. I grew up riding 4-wheelers down old dirt roads, and while my music genre of choice has shifted a bit since high school, my favorite band will always be The Alabama Boys. I played sports in my early teens, but it was the year 2000 when my fitness journey truly began. I became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and started out teaching boot camp and spinning classes. Soon after I began training for my first triathlon and became obsessed with the capabilities of the human body when pushed to its limits. Within a couple of years, I was presented with the opportunity to purchase the gym I trained at, and it’s been a continuous grind ever since. In 2006 however I decided it was time for a new adventure, so I sold the gym, packed up my Jeep and headed toward the beach. I moved to Destin, Florida where I fell in love with my husband and the sport of CrossFit.

After seven years of beach life, we were off to Osan, Korea. I dedicated all of my time to training and studying and began competing in fitness competitions. To feed fuel to the fire of my competitiveness, I began Obstacle Racing. This passion for adventure led me into over 20 incredible racing adventures, in four countries, on three continents.

After a stay in South Korea, we were off to Italy where I faced my biggest adventure to date, coaching CrossFit at Aviano Air Force Base (oh yeah, did I mention that’s why we move around so much, my husband is military). I took on coaching and programming for the next three years. My time in Italy was spent racing, competing and coaching, and in between, I squeezed in some school work. I decided to use my time overseas to go back to school. My fascination with food led me to the study of Dietetics and Sports Nutrition.

We currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada where I continue to chase my degree and my dreams. I create customized online programs for those looking to create healthier habits, coach part-time, and simply strive each day to become a better human.
I truly love my life.
